ClipHunter provides browser-based video editing, ranking video generation, auto-clipping, and publishing tools.

• Free Creator Access: Full access to core video editor, AI background removal, split-screen studio, and HD export.
• Fair Usage Policy: Usage limits apply to prevent automated bot abuse or server overload.

3. User Conduct & Content Ownership

You retain all intellectual property rights to the content you upload and render using ClipHunter. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary licenses and rights for all video, image, audio, and text assets uploaded.
• You will not upload content that violates copyright laws, contains hate speech, or promotes illegal activities.
• ClipHunter is not responsible for copyright claims arising from user-uploaded media.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipHunter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform or rendering tools.
